Our clinic is on Broadway Avenue on the ground level with easy access. There is street side parking right outside our door, as well as free parking at London Drugs accessible through the back lane.

• Chemical peels

For your first appointment please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to answer a questionnaire detailing medical history or updating your information.

To ensure optimal patient care & office flow, we reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. We may request deposits for future bookings following multiple “no shows”. Deposits will be applied to cost of treatment or retained in the case of a “no show”. We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of scheduled appointments. Please see in clinic for details.

The balance owing for products and services will be due at the time of billing. We accept cash, debit, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Prepaid Gift Cards are available. Personal cheques are not accepted: we apologize for any inconvenience.
